At Miraya, each piece is crafted with care, detail, and love. We understand that sometimes, things don’t work out. Here's how our return & exchange process works:


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Free of stains, perfume, or any damage

  • Refunds are not applicable on sale or discounted items unless they are defective or damaged.

 

2. Refund Process

  • We offer store credit only for eligible returns.

  • Store credit will be issued within 5-7 working days after we receive and inspect the product.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund as store credit will be processed to your account.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy.

3. Non-Refundable Items
